Managing Parter
Jordan Couch represents individuals and businesses across Western North Carolina in complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on property, construction, and business disputes. In addition to litigation, Jordan regularly advises business owners on risk management, contract issues, and dispute avoidance. A native of Sylva and proud graduate of Smoky Mountain High School, Jordan brings both regional familiarity and sophisticated litigation experience to matters that often involve significant personal or financial stakes.
Jordan works closely with his clients to develop tailored legal solutions, whether through negotiation, early resolution, or litigation, and always with an emphasis on clear communication and sound judgment. His representative matters include, among others:
Commercial business disputes and breach of contract matters
Construction and contractor disputes
Boundary line and right-of-way disputes
Trespass to real property and wrongful tree-cutting claims
Jordan graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy. Following graduation, he also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tennessee College of Law, teaching Health Law & Compliance.
Jordan is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee.
