Annie Couch
Annie advises businesses, individuals, and homeowners’ associations throughout Western North Carolina on transactional, governance, and general counsel matters. Drawing on her prior corporate and securities practice in Nashville, she provides practical guidance on contracts, business operations, HOA governance, and risk management, helping clients address legal issues thoughtfully before they develop into disputes.
